Lighting

The Al Green Theatre has an excellent house plot that is very versatile.  Whether you wish to have our technical staff create the right lighting look for you or you wish to bring in your own designer we can accommodate all of your needs.

Sound

With an 16 channel digital effects console, full speaker and monitor system, and an ever-growing microphone stock the Al Green Theatre can accommodate events of various sizes and styles.

Video/Projection

Whether you are looking to hold a film screening, film festival or need to project a PowerPoint presentation we can accommodate all of your traditional and digital projection needs.  Our professional, perforated screen has motorized masking and the dimensions go to a maximum of 28’ x 13’.

Stage

This proscenium arch theatre has a sprung floor that is roughly 30 feet wide by 28 feet deep.  You can choose between black velour or hardwood legs at the mid-stage and upstage positions. 

Wing space is available stage left with access from the performer dressing room area.  A crossover is located at the rear of the stage so that entrances are possible both stage right and stage left. 

The option of a high quality (Rosco) vinyl dance floor is possible in both black and white.  Use of the floor is required for all dance performances.

Seating

We have a maximum seating capacity of 288.  The seating system is modular and the first 3 rows (54 seats) can be removed to create an orchestra pit or additional playing space. 

The main section of seating can also be removed to create an open space for social events and receptions.  The capacity in the configuration varies depending on set-up.  Please contact us with specific inquiries regarding set-up possibilities.
